Second Homes/Vacation Homes/Investment Properties:

We’re also big on FLEXIBILITY. We know you want to enjoy your resort home as often as possible, even in the off-season. But when you can’t get away, you can feel secure knowing you have a local connection that’s “there when you can’t be”. Our service is year round, but you only pay for the coverage you need, whether it’s 2 weeks or 52.

We perform a weekly PROWATCH inspection for only $24.95 per visit. We offer a $5 monthly discount or a 10% Senior discount. As always, we are on call and available for any special requests or ADDITIONAL SERVICES.

Sussex County Residents on Vacation/Snowbirds:

We also enjoy servicing our locals who need a vacation or head south for the winter. We will check your home on a daily or weekly basis; provide plant care and pet care if needed.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

As part of Trinity’s “Family of Homes” all of our ADDITIONAL SERVICES are available to you at an affordable cost; we bill these at $10 per half hour. We pride ourselves on personal service at a reasonable rate.
